Jigsaw game updated with prerequisites installer

In an attempt to reduce the file size I had removed the prerequisites installer package from the build, which would cause issues for anyone without the Microsoft C++ components installed.  My apologies - as I already have them installed on my machine and our tests machines I had not detected the issue.

We will be adding new puzzles with the next build.
